Navigation Services
Our Food Pantry and Navigation Services provide more than groceries — they connect families with resources to build stability and hope. Support includes help finding a family doctor, guidance for the uninsured on enrolling in health programs, and assistance applying for SNAP benefits. Families may also qualify for one-time bill payment support, as well as home repair and food assistance for seniors.
Compassionate and trained Navigators walk alongside families, offering free evaluations and connecting them to community programs that address essentials such as utilities, insurance, and more. They also provide hands-on help with completing applications, ensuring families can access the care and support they need.
Navigation Services are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

GABRIEL PROJECT
The Gabriel Project is a faith-based support network serving women and families in crisis pregnancies within the 77028 and 77078 ZIP codes. Major Catholic support services include assistance with medical care, baby needs, and partnerships with other archdiocesan ministries to care for minor mothers and provide options such as adoption and foster care. Support is also available for returning to school or seeking employment.
